When we schedule your initial appointment, we will send you login information for your secure patient portal. There you will find links to the forms that will need to be completed prior to your visit. Our patient portal is always available, and is fully HIPPA compliant. You will be able to send and receive private messages, request appointments, request refills, view your medical record, and access forms including your custom treatment instructions. You will also be able to access your billing information and make secure payments online.
